DESOI manufactures thread unscrewing units.

The thread unscrewing units (GUE) are used to remove threads from plastic and metal injection-molded parts (MIM parts). They are mounted on or integrated into the mold and guarantee absolute repeatability.

Each GUE is assembled from individual standard modules for the specific application.

For this purpose, the customer must provide all requirements/conditions, such as drive type (hydraulic/electric), center distances (for multiple GUEs), thread type, thread range (drawings, dimensions, 3D model), thread direction (right/left), injection-molded part material, available space (solution: angle GUE), etc.
